[ The Vaioni Wholesale Difference ]
A broad and growing portfolio
A business’ network is the backbone of its IT infrastructure, and without a robust foundation to build upon, businesses don’t reach their potential. We offer the full suite of connectivity, cloud, voice and cybersecurity solutions your customers need to compete and thrive in the digital-first economy.
Creating competitive advantage
Because we own and operate our own core network, we can pass cost efficiencies on to you. We’re constantly evolving our portfolio to provide you new and innovative products. If you place an order from our partners, you still only deal with us, meaning one account and point of contact for faster resolutions and happier customers.
Supporting your growth
We’ve got everything you need to grow and succeed; from dedicated account management to white labelled collateral and access to our senior leadership team. Plus, additional value and benefits are unlocked as you progress through our accreditation programme.
[ myVaioni Portal ]
We created myVaioni over a decade ago as one of the first quoting and ordering portals in the channel. We’ve been developing and evolving it ever since.
Today, myVaioni is one of the most advanced self-serve portals around, designed to make it easy to do the things you need to do. You can get real-time quotes and order from wherever you are, from any device, in just a couple of clicks. Information on category types, estimated ECC costs and supplier ratings for service delivery and network reliability mean you can make the right decision for your customer, every time, in the moment.
And that’s not all. myVaioni also offers complete in-life management enabling you to raise support tickets in seconds. It’s a comprehensive tool that helps you make better decisions for your business and provide a better service to your customers.
[ Accreditation Programme ]
We know that our partners have different requirements based on size, geography and customer base. Some will deliver our full technology portfolio, and others just a part of it. Some will require light touch support from Vaioni Wholesale, and others a more strategic relationship.
That’s why we’ve created a four-tier accreditation programme, so you can choose the level of service and support that precisely meets your needs.
Our Bronze programme offers a wide range of support including dedicated account managers, competitive commercials, training and portal access.
Designed for partners looking to grow their existing base, our Silver programme offers strong commercials combined with higher levels of operational support.
Designed to support larger businesses needing additional management support. Gold offers direct access to our leadership team for strategic support.
Designed as a true strategic partnership model giving partners direct access to resources across product, marketing and engineering.
[ Our Leadership Team ]
Tap into a leadership team with decades of collective experience in the connectivity and telecoms sector. As a Vaioni Wholesale partner you have access to every single member of our team, including our leadership. Feel free to reach out via LinkedIn if you have any questions.
[ Our Partners ]
We work closely with the biggest names in connectivity to extend the reach of our network. Our partners include BT Wholesale, TalkTalk Business, Virgin Media Business and Vodafone. If you can’t be on-net with Vaioni Ethernet Network (VEN), you can still deliver services through our aggregated network.
When you place an order with one of our supplier partners, you’ll only ever deal with us.
That means one account, one invoice, and one point of contact. If you have an issue, we’ll put it right. If you need advice, come straight to us. On-net or off-net, you can always expect top tier services backed by sector-leading support.
[ The Vaioni Wholesale Story ]
Vaioni Group started back in 2008, when MD Sachin Vaish saw an opportunity to disrupt the Ethernet sector, which was held back by slow, expensive and frustrating service. Recognising the gap in the wholesale market, Vaioni Wholesale was born in 2013 and has been shaking up the market ever since.
Early on, Vaioni Wholesale’s small team quickly demonstrated that Ethernet could be better, building our reputation for cost-effective products and dedicated service. We went on to build the first online Ethernet procurement tool, slashing quoting and ordering times from an average of five working days to just under 10 minutes.
Since then we’ve grown into a multi-award-winning connectivity and cloud operator, providing access to one of the UK’s leading digital transformation platforms. But we aren’t stopping there. Disruption is in our DNA, and we’ll continue to strive to provide ever-more effective connectivity, cybersecurity and IP voice solutions to businesses across the UK.
[ News and Views ]
Vaioni has been successfully appointed to the Yorkshire Purchasing Organisation’s (YPO) new framework for Network Connectivity and Telecommunication Solutions for three lots – Wide Area Networks, Cyber Security and Communication. Valued at £750million, this is a first-of-its kind framework, created to offer a full range of connectivity and communication technology services to all public sector organisations, from blue light to central and local government.
Vaioni has also been appointed to the G-Cloud 12 framework for its managed security firewall and UTM solutions and secure SD-WAN services. G-Cloud helps customers in the UK public sector find and buy cloud computing services, giving them access to the latest technology and innovation.
It’s easy to be intimidated by change, especially when the upheaval is coming as thick and fast as it is now. Covid-19 has ushered in perhaps the most fundamental change to the way businesses operate since the arrival of the internet.
Covid has vastly accelerated a number of workplace trends already in play, forcing companies to adopt new strategies, policies and technologies at breakneck speed. From digital transformation to remote working, 2020 feels like the year when everything changed in the blink of an eye.
So how should organisations react to this constant cycle of change? At times like this, a certain amount of trepidation is natural. Business doesn’t like uncertainty, because it leads to indecision. How can you plan for a post-pandemic future when it’s impossible to predict what will happen next week?
When lockdown hit in March, thousands of us rushed away from workplaces and set up office in back bedrooms and garden sheds. It wasn’t ideal, but it was good enough. We made the best of it, despite cramped spaces, intrusive children and stuttering Zoom meetings.
And with the arrival of Covid’s second wave this autumn, that’s the position many of us still find ourselves in. We’ve become used to remote working, though some of us want to go back to the office. Our expectations around work/life balance have changed. We’re looking forward to the end of the pandemic, but that doesn’t mean we want to wind back the clock to exactly the way things were before.
A new approach
Which is why you might have started hearing the term ‘hybrid working’ bandied about recently. It’s a new way of working that advocates a semi-remote approach, and generally means employees spend some of the week (post-Covid) in the office, and some of it working at home.
